Role Description The Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Trainer will design and deliver training programs for new hires and existing team members, focusing on process knowledge, customer service skills, and performance enhancement. Daily responsibilities include conducting classroom and floor training, preparing training materials and assessments, and monitoring participant progress through evaluations and feedback. The Trainer will collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify skill gaps, update training content, and ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational standards. The role also involves maintaining training reports, supporting certification processes, and contributing to continuous improvement of training methodologies.

Qualifications
- Strong training and facilitation skills, including the ability to conduct interactive sessions and adapt delivery to diverse audiences.
- Experience in curriculum design, training material development, and assessment creation for process and soft-skills training.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in MS Office and common presentation tools for preparing and delivering training content.
- Prior experience in BPO or customer service environments, preferably supporting international clients, is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and observation skills to identify performance gaps and recommend targeted training interventions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with operations, quality, and HR teams, and manage multiple training batches and timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification; formal training or certification in learning and development or instructional design is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work in various shifts as required and maintain a professional, inclusive training environment.
