Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical training sessions on Electric Vehicle technologies, Battery Management Systems (BMS), EV Powertrain, Charging Infrastructure, and Vehicle Diagnostics.
• Conduct hands-on workshops, laboratory sessions, and technical demonstrations for students, professionals, and corporate participants.
• Develop training materials, presentations, assessments, and technical documentation.
• Evaluate trainees through assignments, practical assessments, and examinations.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in EV technology, battery systems, and industry trends.
• Support curriculum development and continuous improvement of training programs.
• Coordinate with academic institutions, industry partners, and internal teams for training execution.
• Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, technical events, and skill development programs.
• Maintain training records, attendance, reports, and certification documentation.
• Ensure safety standards and best practices are followed during practical sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• Certification or specialization in Electric Vehicle Technology is preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in EV training, automotive training, technical education, or related domains.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of EV Architecture, Battery Technology, BMS, Motors, Controllers, and Charging Systems.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Hands-on experience with EV systems, diagnostics, and testing equipment.
