Job Summary

The Trainee/Executive Flavour Blender will support the flavour production team in preparing, blending, and testing food flavour formulations as per approved recipes and quality standards. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to build a career in the food flavours industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in weighing, measuring, and blending flavour ingredients as per formulations
  • Follow batch sheets, SOPs, and safety guidelines during production
  • Support senior blenders in sample preparation and trials
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of blending area and equipment
  • Record batch details, raw material usage, and production data accurately
  • Assist in basic quality checks and sensory evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards (FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, etc.)
  • Coordinate with QC, R&D, and production teams as required

Qualifications

  • B.Sc
  • Diploma in Food Technology or Chemical Sciences may also be considered
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; prior internship or lab exposure is an added advantage

Experience

  • 1-2 year’s of relevant experience.

Skills

  • Basic understanding of food ingredients and flavour formulations
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Basic documentation and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to work in a lab/production environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
