Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainee Service Engineer located in Sonipat. The Trainee Service Engineer will assist with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Trontek’s advanced battery solutions. Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, repairing equipment, conducting performance tests, and supporting the after-sales service team to maintain high product standards.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Electrical Engineering concepts and troubleshooting abilities related to batteries and electronic systems
• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and handling electronic equipment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to address customer issues effectively
• Willingness to learn new technologies, adapt to the company’s methodology, and work on-site at the Sonipat location
• Relevant academic qualifications, such as a diploma or degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Previous hands-on experience or internships in a related field is a plus
• Understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining workplace safety standards
