Description

As a Quality Analyst fresher, you'll be responsible for ensuring product quality by conducting tests, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, ultimately contributing to the delivery of high-quality products.

Responsibilities

Testing and Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough quality tests on products and services, including manual and automated testing.
Identify defects and areas for improvement in products and processes.
Develop and document test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Analyze test results and identify trends or patterns.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product management, etc.) to resolve quality issues.
Document and report defects for corrective action.
Communicate quality findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of test procedures, results, and findings.
Prepare reports on quality metrics and issues.
Process Improvement:
Propose solutions to enhance overall quality and identify areas for improvement.
Contribute to the development and implementation of quality standards and procedures.
Learning and Development
Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies and tools.
Seek opportunities for continuous learning and development in the field of quality assurance.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

Basic understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies.
Familiarity with testing tools and techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
