Job Description – Trainee Loan Officer (Fresher & Experienced)

Job Title: Trainee Loan Officer

Experience: Fresher / 0–2 Years

Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream)

Industry: Banking / NBFC / Financial Services

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in understanding loan products such as Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, Gold Loan, Vehicle Loan, etc.
• Generate leads through field work, tele-calling, and referrals.
• Collect and verify customer documents as per loan requirements.
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and approvals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on applications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly loan disbursement targets.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of banking/loan products (training will be provided for freshers).
• Ability to work in the field and meet customers.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).
