Trainee Engineer in Noida, Greater Noida, Mahbubnagar, Warangal, Sangareddy, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Faridabad

Impressico Business Solutions is hiring for Hyderabad and Noida centers and is seeking highly motivated candidates to join its technical team. The company is currently hiring for two profiles: Data Engineering (DE) and GenAI/Python Full Stack. Selected candidates will contribute to building data engineering solutions, AI-driven applications, data science models, and enterprise web applications.

Target Role - Trainee

Final-year students graduating in mid-2026 or graduates from 2025 or 2024 are eligible to apply. Selected candidates will be converted to Trainee Engineers upon successful completion of the 6-month probation period.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI-driven applications, data pipelines, and web-based solutions using Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Work with databases and SQL to manage, analyze, and retrieve data efficiently for enterprise applications and data science models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, test, and deploy scalable solutions while following coding best practices and version control standards using Git.
• Contribute to project development and testing, including API testing, debugging, and containerization using tools such as Postman, Pytest, and Docker.
  
  

Probation Details

• Stipend: ₹20,000 per month during the 6-month probation period.
• Candidates who complete the probation period will be converted to the role of Trainee Engineer.
• Annual CTC for the full-time position: ₹4,00,000 per annum.
  
  

Requirements To Complete The Probation

• Successful completion of the 6-month probation period.
• Clearance of final examinations with a CGPA of 65% or above.
• Degree certificate must be available.
  
  

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent.
• MCA or equivalent degree.
• B.Sc. (Hons.) in Computer Science.
• Minimum 65% CGPA is mandatory.
  
  

Mandatory Core Skills (Applicable To Both Profiles)

• Strong Python programming skills with knowledge of FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Strong SQL fundamentals.
• Knowledge of Python file APIs such as JSON, CSV, and usage of the open() function to read, write, and process different data formats.
• Strong understanding of core computer science concepts, including Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
• Practical project experience in Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and/or GenAI. Candidates applying for both profiles should share separate projects for DE and ML/GenAI.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, including Git, GitHub Actions, Pytest, and Docker.
