• L2 (Mumbai): 2 – 5 Years

Job Description:

We are hiring for Trade Support roles (L1 & L2) for a leading financial services organization. The ideal candidate must have experience or strong interest in trade support, reference data, and financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform trade support and lifecycle management activities
• Handle static setup and reference data across systems
• Ensure accuracy and timely processing of trades
• Monitor queries/instructions and take appropriate actions
• Perform reconciliations and resolve trade breaks/issues
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, risk controls, and compliance frameworks
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and global teams
• Support reporting, audits, and process improvements

Requirements:

• Experience in Trade Support / Reference Data / Middle Office (mandatory for L2)
• Understanding of financial products (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Money Market)
• Knowledge of trade lifecycle and securities data
• Familiarity with SWIFT messages (MT54X, MT103, MT202, etc.) is an added advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Finance / Commerce / Economics preferred)
