Job Description

Position -Manager-Trade Scheme Management

Location-Mumbai

Qualification- B.Com, MBA-Finance, CA

Scheme Portal Management

Maintain and enhance NSP portal; design and implement a future-ready, agile Trade Scheme solution across all PIL verticals.
Translate business needs into simple, compliant, and scalable processes.
Monitor end-mile delivery of scheme benefits/gifts to ensure timely dealer receipt.
Lead audits of existing and new schemes with DMS teams to prevent misuse and ensure expected outcomes.
Drive central rollout of new schemes to promote cross-vertical purchases.

Compliance Tracking

Ensure adherence to PIL guidelines for Quarterly and In-Bill payouts.
Track sales returns and manage related reimbursement reversals with Divisions and Commercial teams.
Monitor pending scheme/gift acknowledgements and coordinate closures with divisions.
