Job Description

Job Purpose:

The role is responsible for driving strategic business growth across key salon chain accounts by serving as the primary liaison with regional and national head offices. This position will develop and execute business plans, strengthen partnerships with decision-makers, and translate central objectives into actionable regional strategies. The incumbent will oversee category development, optimize portfolio performance, and deliver market share gains through robust business planning, competitive intelligence, and flawless execution. Regular performance reviews, data-based insights, and collaboration with marketing, education, and central teams will be essential to maximize sales, enhance productivity, and unlock new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Account Management Act

As the primary point of contact for chain Head Offices within the region Market share gain across key categories

Build strong partnerships with key decision-makers at the chain level (marketing, training, and operations heads)

Translate HO objectives into actionable regional business plans. Market share gain across key categories

Business Planning & Growth Delivery

Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans for key accounts. Growth in secondary sales (value & volume) Drive secondary sales growth across all salon chains in the region.

Identify and unlock opportunity areas for business expansion, category penetration, and new service introductions. Growth in secondary sales (value & volume)

Category Development & Portfolio Management

Build and drive business across key categories Salon productivity (sales per door) Monitor category-wise performance and optimize product mix to maximize ROI. Partner with marketing and education to support category campaigns. Salon productivity (sales per door)

Market Share & Competitive Intelligence

Track and analyze competitor activities — pricing, promotions, new launches, partnerships. Identify white-space opportunities and develop counter strategies. Regularly share insights with central teams for strategic decision-making Competitive intelligence reports & action follow-up

Skills:

  • Review business performance, sales trends, and ROI by chain and region.
  • Provide regular reports and strategic inputs to senior management
  • Drive execution excellence through structured reviews and corrective action plans


Experience - 3 - 5 Years

Qualification - Graduation, MBA Preferred
