Job Description Job Summary ? Customer Support officer Role: Team Member Inbound Customer Service ? Good Communication Responsibility Answering Customer Calls/emails/chat as per training imparted and Standard Call Handling Procedures available. Answering calls/ emails as per client mandated procedures. Updating the Account Status on Client Database. Creating appropriate records of calls on the in-house database management. System and paper Reports submitted at the end of shift. Responsible for escalating calls to the Unit manager or appropriate channels when assistance required.
