Job Description
- Order placement of RM like Grinding Tools and Dressing sticks for SGPP based on inventory levels.
- Purchase of RMs: Fire rated Tapes, Steel profiles, Door accessories - AFFL
- Identify and source MRO materials, including spare parts, tools, safety equipment, and consumables required for the maintenance and operation of SGPP and AFFL plant.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid production delays or equipment downtime.
- Monitor supplier performance, addressing any issues related to quality, delivery, or service.
- Collaborate with the maintenance and operations teams to maintain optimal inventory levels of MRO items.
- Track and analyze MRO spending to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Reduction of purchase spend through Annual rate contract for Type C materials.
- PR to PO TAT adherence.
- Timely GRN and Vendor Payments
- Digital Purchasing (E-Tools-RFx, Vendor Evaluation, E-Auctions)
- Handling of Import shipments
