> knowledge and experience of glass manufacturing controls system and mixing raw materials.
> Knowledge of refractories and reaction with the glass (Fuel combustion system, oi and gas).
> Operational knowledge of furnace equipment, construction of furnace (refractories etc.).
> Flue treatment and environment.
> Control and knowledge of utility operations (air, water, fuel, gas, electricity).
> Operational knowledge of DCS, SCADA etc.
