Job Summary We are seeking an experienced professional for the role of TM-Maps with 8 to 12 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills and preferably a background in the Hi-Tech domain. This role requires working from our office during day shifts with no travel obligations. The candidate will contribute to our mission by enhancing our mapping solutions and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Responsibilities Lead the development and enhancement of mapping solutions to meet business objectives. Oversee the integration of mapping technologies with existing systems to improve efficiency. Provide technical expertise in English communication to facilitate effective collaboration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of mapping projects with company goals. Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications for mapping solutions. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of mapping data through rigorous testing and validation. Develop and maintain documentation for mapping processes and procedures. Monitor the performance of mapping solutions and implement improvements as needed. Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of mapping technologies. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into future mapping projects. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of mapping initiatives. Support the deployment of mapping solutions and provide post-implementation support. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mapping technologies to drive innovation. Qualifications Demonstrate proficiency in English communication to effectively interact with global teams. Possess a strong understanding of mapping technologies and their applications. Have experience in the Hi-Tech domain which is considered an advantage. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills to address mapping-related challenges. Show ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Display strong organizational skills to manage multiple mapping projects simultaneously.
