The role involves providing technical support and product guidance for marketing campaign platforms, troubleshooting complex enterprise application issues, and ensuring seamless customer experience. Candidates should have hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Networking, SQL, API testing, and database technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment are essential. Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a software support environment handling complex, multi-tier enterprise applications.
- Strong experience in writing and debugging SQL statements.
- Hands-on knowledge of XML, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Experience with at least one database platform: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of web services APIs, database connectors, and SOAP.
- In-depth knowledge of complex, database-driven, internet-based systems.
- Ability to multitask and resolve issues independently with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a 24×7 rotational shift environment.
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year) or equivalent practical experience.
- Perform root cause analysis of customer-reported issues to enhance product understanding for both customers and internal teams.
- Document all customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a clear and structured manner.
- Educate customers on relevant product functionalities to help resolve issues effectively.
- Develop and deliver internal knowledge sessions and create solution documentation for recurring issues.
- Collaborate with Technical Support, Consulting, Engineering, Technical Operations, and Deliverability teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of open support cases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to third-party software integrations.
- Work flexibly in a 24×7 rotational shift environment to ensure continuous support coverage.
