Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic & international flight bookings
- Work efficiently on Amadeus (GDS)
- Manage ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations & refunds
- Coordinate with airlines and clients for a seamless travel experience
- Ensure accurate fare calculation and itinerary management
- Handle all major travel portals and booking systems
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ticketing
- Strong knowledge of Amadeus and other GDS systems
- Experience working on multiple travel portals is a must
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
