• Strong experience in US POS airline ticketing
• Hands-on expertise in:
• Amadeus GDS
• Sabre GDS
• Strong understanding of:
• Ex-USA routing
• TC-1 area routing
• Within-USA routing concepts
• Global routing principles
• Knowledge of:
• Ticket issuance
• Reissuance
• Exchanges
• Refunds
• Queue handling
• Alternative pricing
• Code share bookings
• Baggage policies
  
  

Pricing commands on GDS

Key Responsibilities

• Handle airline ticket issuance, reissuance, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations
  
  

for US POS bookings

• Perform accurate fare pricing using Amadeus and Sabre GDS
• Manage alternative pricing, fare construction, and routing validation
• Handle code share bookings and ensure proper validation before issuance
• Verify baggage allowances, fare rules, SSRs, and booking conditions
• Perform pre-ticketing and post-ticketing quality checks
• Manage queue handling and follow-up actions within SLA
• Resolve ticketing errors, fare discrepancies, and GDS-related issues
• Work on schedule changes, involuntary changes, and airline coordination when
  
  

Required

Min 1or 2 years of experience in US Travel Industry
