Your Role Design and develop integration solutions using Tibco BusinessWorks, EMS, and Adapters. Analyze business and technical requirements to create scalable integration architectures. Implement and maintain SOA-based solutions and business process automation. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshoot issues. Optimize Tibco applications for performance and scalability. Participate in code reviews, documentation, and deployment activities. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Your Profile Proficiency in TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, Adapters, and ActiveMatrix. Strong understanding of XML, XSD, SOAP, REST, and integration patterns. Experience with Java, SQL, and web services. Familiarity with tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins, and monitoring tools. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
