Preferred Skill Set

Strong oral and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.
Experience in testing web and mobile applications.
Good understanding of software testing processes and test management practices.
Willingness to learn and use new testing tools as required by the project and team.
Knowledge of automation testing tools (added advantage).
Knowledge of performance testing tools (added advantage).

Roles & Responsibilities

Understand project requirements and obtain clarifications from clients and stakeholders.
Identify, analyze, and assess risks related to testing activities.
Prepare test scenarios and test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
Execute tests, identify and report issues test cases and ensure timely closure of defects.
Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications.
Prepare and maintain test execution reports and test summary reports.
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders through appropriate communication channels.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
