Test Manager - Senior

Summary

The role of Test Manager - Senior is primarily focused on leading the quality assurance efforts for the customer's products, with a special emphasis on leveraging automation and AI technologies to enhance testing efficiency and product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and Mentor: Manage and guide a team of QA members to foster continuous improvement.
• Automation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive automation strategy for the products.
• AI in Testing: Explore and integrate AI-powered testing solutions for better testing capabilities.
• Test Planning and Execution: Create and carry out test plans for new features and products, covering various testing types.
• Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams to align on product requirements and ensure quality implementation.
• Reporting and Metrics: Establish and monitor key quality metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Stay Current: Keep abreast of QA trends and technologies, promoting their adoption as needed.
