We are looking for a strong Technical Test Lead with experience in IFS Cloud (Telecom Workforce Management) to drive end-to-end testing initiatives across complex projects.

• Lead testing for Field Service Management, Task Scheduling, and Project Management modules
• Perform integration testing including API flows and cross-domain dependencies
• Review BRD, HLSD, DLD to define test scope and strategy
• Prepare Test Strategy & Test Plan documents
• Define test scenarios across plan, build, and fulfillment journeys
• Track deliverables and ensure timely execution of functional & automation testing
• Manage teams and collaborate with cross-functional & cross-vendor stakeholders
• Communicate project status to clients and senior stakeholders
• Conduct demos for business and client teams

• Strong reporting & dashboarding skills
