Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Test Lead with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Robot and Python and a background in Program Management is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

Lead the testing efforts for software projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases using Robot and Python.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects efficiently.
Provide detailed reports on testing progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
Ensure that testing processes align with industry best practices and company standards.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities.
Monitor and track testing metrics to assess the effectiveness of testing strategies.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions for team members.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the testing team.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in all testing activities.
Contribute to the overall success of projects by ensuring software meets user requirements.
