We’re Hiring | Test Manager / Test Lead – Insurance Domain
Location: Trivandrum (Hybrid)
Requirement: Immediate Joiners Only
Experience: 8+ years
Claidroid Technologies is urgently looking for an experienced Test Manager / Test Lead to drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for large-scale, business-critical insurance programs.

Role Overview
As a Test Manager / Test Lead, you will own the end-to-end UAT lifecycle, ensuring testing outcomes are aligned with signed-off business requirements and quality standards. You will lead test teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and continuously improve UAT processes and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the complete UAT test management process
- Define, implement, and improve UAT testing strategies, standards, and methodologies
- Collaborate with business and development teams to analyze defects and ensure timely resolution
- Ensure end-to-end traceability from business requirements to UAT
- Lead defect triage, risk identification, escalation, and mitigation
- Manage test teams and ensure clear, timely stakeholder communication
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across testing and quality processes
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or software-related disciplines
- 8+ years of experience in Testing with strong UAT / Test Management exposure
- Excellent communication, stakeholder, and team management skills
- Hands-on experience with HP ALM, JIRA, and Confluence
- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum
- Excellent Insurance domain knowledge, especially Finance, Payments, and Collections
- ISTQB / CTSE certification (certified or aspiring)
Good to Have
- Experience with UFT, Selenium, or TOSCA
- SQL and reporting tool exposure
- Insurance certifications (BOI, COGI, ACOGI(E))
- Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments
