Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Duration: 12 Months

Job Location: Batesville, IN, 47006

Pay Rate: 30.84 USD per hour on w2

Shift Timing: Monday to Friday, First Shift

We are looking for a Manufacturing Test Engineering Technician to support, maintain, and improve Functional Circuit Test (FCT) systems in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably medical devices.

Responsibilities:

• Support and troubleshoot FCT fixtures, test systems, and related hardware/software
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on test equipment and fixtures
• Work with engineers to debug issues and improve test processes
• Document maintenance, repairs, and calibration records
• Assist with fixture builds, modifications, and continuous improvement efforts
• Ensure compliance with safety, ESD, and regulatory standards
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree or 3+ years in electronics/engineering technology or related field
• 3+ years experience with FCT systems (medical device experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and regulatory standards (FDA preferred)
• Hands-on experience with electronic test tools (DMM, oscilloscope, soldering, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience with LabVIEW, TestStand, or similar tools
• PCBA manufacturing experience
• Basic programming (Python, C#, VB, etc.)
• Ability to read schematics and technical documents
• ISO 13485/FDA regulated environment experience
