Test Engineer

We are looking for a Test Engineer to write and execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality. As a Test Engineer, you will be designing and implementing tests, debug and take corrective actions. You play a vital role in the company's product development process. You will be responsible for testing the product before launches to ensure that the product is reliable and free from errors.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements and technical specs.
• Build and maintain automated test suites using scripting languages and modern test frameworks.
• Identify, document, and track bugs or anomalies using issue tracking tools.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to understand feature scope and edge cases.
• Perform thorough regression testing, smoke testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) before production releases.
• Actively contribute to improving QA processes and testing standards across teams.
• Support performance, security, and exploratory testing efforts as needed.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of professional working experience in software quality assurance or testing roles. Plus point if you have experience working in fintech industry.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong hands-on experience testing mobile applications (Android/iOS).
• Experience with test automation in one or more languages: TypeScript (preferred) / JavaScript / Java / Python / etc.
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
