Role: Test Automation Lead ? AI & DevOps Location: Bangalore | Noida | Gurgaon | Pune | Hyderabad | Chennai Experience: 10+ Years Immediate Joiners Only Job Description: Required Skills & Qualifications ? 10+ years of hands-on experience in software quality engineering, automation, communication, Lead the end-to-end projects. ? Should have Lead quality of handling the project individually with Global QEs and team. ? Excellent in doing communication, presentation, and coordination with stakeholders. ? Out of box thinker with innovative mindset. ? In depth understanding of developing E2E Test Strategy, Test data Strategy etc. ? Advance in performing E2E Testing, Integration testing, API testing, DB testing . ? Hands on and Deep knowledge of Agile Test best Practices, Writing User Stories and test cases, Defect Management etc. ? Good Handson in automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium etc.). ? Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps. ? Hands on and understanding of AI-assisted testing tools in day-to-day activities (e.g.,UAIS,LLMs GitHub Copilot, TestGenAI, StoryCraft). ? Familiarity with Agile methodologies, BDD/TDD, and test data management. ? Solid knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and version control systems (e.g., Git). ? Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills. ? Exposure in AI/ML model validation or AI-integrated product testing.
