About The Role & Team

As a Test Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of SITA’s products before they are delivered to customers. You will collaborate closely with development, integration, and delivery teams to verify that software solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

You will contribute to the validation of integrated product releases by designing, executing, and improving testing processes that support seamless deployment in customer environments. This role is central to maintaining confidence in product stability and ensuring that solutions are delivered efficiently and with minimal disruption.

You will also support the continuous evolution of testing practices by adopting innovative approaches, automation, and modern tools that enhance efficiency, coverage, and overall product quality.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and implement automation for projects in alignment with the test strategy
  • Create high-level test scenarios and maintain complex automation scripts using standard frameworks
  • Apply AI-driven tools and techniques to enhance test coverage, test data and defect prediction
  • Perform manual exploratory testing and run exploratory sessions with teams
  • Execute automation scripts in CI pipelines and investigate failures
  • Ensure offshore partners follow standards and procedures
  • Actively contribute to the automation framework and suggest improvements
  • Provide detailed analysis of testing activities, ensuring defects are logged and managed appropriately
  • Ensure traceability of tests to requirements and compliance with audit guidelines
  • Specify requirements for test environments, data, tools, and resources
  • Mentor junior automation engineers and support their development
  • Collaborate closely with team members and report progress to management
  • Raise issues in project meetings and keep stakeholders informed
  • Advise and train the test community on tools, processes, and procedures
  • Document best practices and testing techniques for consistency across teams
  • Investigate new ways of working and provide feedback to management

Qualifications

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar
  • ISTQB Foundation Certificate in Test
  • Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in software development or testing (aviation industry preferred)
  • Experience with Python
  • Experience in Playwright or Selenium
  • Experience with automation frameworks such as BDD, TestNG
  • Experience testing APIs (RESTful/SOAP)
  • Working experience in DevOps or Agile environments
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of ALM Octane and Azure DevOps
  • Understanding of cloud technologies and principles of Agile
  • Strong time management and ability to work on multiple projects in parallel
  • Provide focused, accurate, and exact data analysis
  • Develop and maintain documentation
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ensure knowledge is kept up to date with product releases

Nice To Have

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 certification
  • Familiarity with MicroFocus toolset
