This is an on-site, full-time position based in Bengaluru for a Territory Sales Executive. The role involves identifying and targeting potential customers, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, onboarding clients to the NoBroker platform, and collaborating with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements. The Territory Sales Executive will represent NoBroker's services and drive growth in assigned territories through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on client acquisition and retention
- Ability to perform market research and identify business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships
- Proficiency with CRM tools and an understanding of customer-oriented services
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Analytical and organizational skills for strategic planning and performance tracking
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in sales or real estate is an advantage but not mandatory
