Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead and expand our IT business across the Western Region of KSA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Network Infrastructure and Data Centre solutions, with a proven ability to drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and develop strategic channel partnerships.


This role requires a professional with strong technical understanding, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for solution-oriented sales.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and business growth for Network Infrastructure and Data Centre Solutions across the Western Region.
  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities and strategic accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, system integrators, and channel partners.
  • Conduct solution-based sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet revenue and market share targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Operations for seamless project execution.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates.


Key Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of proven experience in sales of IT Networking and Data Centre products.
  • Strong aptitude for solution selling, with the ability to understand and address customer technical needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or Information Technology (Engineering background preferred).
  • Demonstrated track record in Business Development, Account Management, and Channel Management.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and committed to achieving business goals.
  • Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
