Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Growth
- Drive business growth and achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans in line with business objectives.
- Identify market opportunities and expand customer acquisition channels.
- Monitor competition, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships to enhance business growth.
- Support teams in handling complex customer cases and escalations.
- Ensure superior customer experience and service standards.
- Drive operational efficiency across sourcing, approvals, servicing, and collections.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, risk, and governance frameworks.
- Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency, and credit risk indicators.
- Lead, mentor, and develop sales teams to drive high performance.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and regular performance feedback.
- Build a strong sales culture focused on productivity and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Risk, Operations, HR, and other internal teams for seamless execution.
- Work closely with regional leadership to implement sales and growth strategies.
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 6–8 years of sales experience in Banking/NBFC.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in retail lending/micro loans/affordable loans/unsecured lending.
- Strong understanding of sales, portfolio management, and customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving business targets and managing teams.
