Role Description
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. The role involves driving sales growth through the identification and acquisition of new clients, nurturing relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. The Territory Sales Manager will provide product training and demonstrations, oversee sales operations, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customers' needs are addressed efficiently.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Experience in Training and providing product demonstrations to clients and internal teams.
- Self-motivation, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven approach to sales and customer engagement.
- Familiarity with the medical device or healthcare industry is an advantage.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
