Role Description
The Territory Sales Manager will oversee daily sales activities, build and manage customer relationships, and ensure market penetration in the assigned territory. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, managing a customer pipeline, supporting product demonstration, and driving client acquisition. The role also involves engaging with residential societies to promote NoBrokerHood services and addressing customer inquiries. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication skills tailored for engaging stakeholders and building relationships
Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive territory growth
Strong Customer Service skills to address concerns and ensure satisfaction
Experience in Training and supporting team development
Ability to work independently while achieving sales goals
Understanding of community management systems or prop-tech platforms is a plus
Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
