Job Description
1. Sales Target Achievement:
- Drive sales target achievement across segments.
- Implement strategies for performance improvement.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and fleets.
- Resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention.
3. Market Expansion and Penetration:
- Identify and exploit untapped markets for business growth.
- Develop plans to increase product penetration and market share.
4. Product and Market Insights:
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends.
- Provide insights to enhance sales efficiency and product offering.
5. Technical Team Support:
- Assist Technical services team by assessing certain percentage of claim tyres.
6. Coordination and Reporting:
- Coordinate with commercial and marketing teams.
- Generate timely reports for regional office.
7. Compliance and Standardization:
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and standards.
- Address market complaints and drive efficiency improvements proactively.
