Role Description

As a full-time Territory Sales Manager based on-site in Latur, you will report to regional leadership and be responsible for managing and expanding IPL Biologicals’ sales across the designated territory. Your daily tasks will include meeting with distributors and farmers, identifying new sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, providing training to dealers and stakeholders on IPL products, ensuring excellent customer service, and monitoring market trends to enhance the reach and impact of the company’s offerings. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating marketing activities and implementing strategies to drive growth.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with farmers, distributors, and teams.
  • Proven skills in sales and sales management, including achieving targets and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Ability to provide customer service and training tailored to the specific needs of distributors and users.
  • Experience in agricultural or related industries, particularly working with bio-based agricultural products, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in local language(s) and understanding of the local market dynamics will be an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
