About the role

We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and expand our dealer and distributor network across the Chennai territory. This role focuses on expanding the general trade footprint by covering electrical hardware retailers, dealers, and distributors dealing in switches, wiring accessories, fans, LED lighting, and related products..

Key Responsibility : Drive sales growth, manage distribution & dealer networks, Market coverage, Product availability,Trade schemes,Develop promotional strategies and possess excellent topographical knowledge.

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years in sales within the electrical industry.
• Graduate in any discipline
• Hands-on experience managing dealer and distributor networks in general trade
• Good knowledge of the Chennai market — trade lanes, key retail hubs, and channel dynamics
