Job Description
Job role: Channel Sales
Job Purpose
To promote and sell the company’s products and solutions in the assigned territory, achieve sales targets, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and partners.
Develop new channel partners and strengthen relationships with existing ones.
Drive product sales across categories such as networking, structured cabling, and related IT solutions.
Channel Management
Work closely with distributors, resellers, and Channel partners to generate business.
Ensure proper channel engagement and timely flow of product and pricing information.
Monitor channel performance and provide feedback to management for improvement.
Customer Relationship Management
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and accounts.
Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure post-sales satisfaction.
Sales Operations
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, support) for order processing and delivery.
Maintain updated records of sales, leads, and customer interactions in CRM.
Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments
Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product teams.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer engagement events.
Job Type: Full-Time
Education: B.E. in Electronics/ETC or Diploma in ETC (or equivalent)
Products Handled:
- Active Networking Products (e.g., Switches, Routers, Wireless Solutions)
- Passive Networking Products (e.g., Cables, Patch Panels, Racks, Accessories)
Candidate Profile:
✔️ Solid background in working with Channel Partners, distributors, and end customers
✔️ Strong relationships across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 partner ecosystems
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
✔️ Energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented professional with strong execution capability
