Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Incharge based in Mohanlal Ganj. The Territory Sales Incharge will be responsible for managing sales operations within the assigned territory, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include overseeing distributor relationships, building and maintaining strong customer connections, implementing sales strategies, and training and motivating the sales team to ensure consistent performance. The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing sales performance, and identifying growth opportunities within the territory.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain relationships
  • Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams to drive performance
  • Knowledge of the FMCG industry is preferred
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required
