Job Summary:
Mount Everest Breweries Ltd is hiring dynamic and target-driven Territory Sales Executives (TSE) / Senior TSEs for Karnataka locations. Candidates must have prior experience in the Alcoholic Beverages industry and strong local market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly & annual sales targets.
- Manage distributors and drive primary & secondary sales.
- Increase outlet coverage and market penetration.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and brand promotion.
- Execute trade schemes and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and share market feedback.
- Maintain strong distributor & retailer relationships.
- Ensure timely collections and credit discipline.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 2–6 years of experience in Alcoholic Beverage / IMFL / Beer industry (Mandatory).
- Strong distribution network knowledge in assigned territory.
- Good communication & negotiation skills.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred for Sr. TSE role).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
