Role Description
We are seeking a Territory Manager to join Wipro Seating Solutions in Pune Division. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves managing sales and business development within the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, tracking market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional duties include preparing sales reports, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with other teams to drive business growth.

Qualifications
- min. 5 years of B2B Sales experience
- Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development
- Strong Market Research and Data Analysis abilities
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving capabilities
- Knowledge of the furniture industry or FMCG sector is a significant advantage
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field; MBA preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
