Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai for the position of Territory Manager. The Territory Manager will oversee the growth and development of assigned territories, drive sales and revenue, and cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, providing product training to clients, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering world-class customer service. The role also involves analyzing market trends to ensure targets are met and exploring opportunities for long-term business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge and experience in the healthcare or medical device industry, or similar fields
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform sales strategies
  • Effective time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while meeting team objectives
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales management platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
