Territory Manager - Hospital Sales
Job Overview
We are seeking sales professionals across major cities (Pune, Guwahati, Kolkata, Coimbatore and Jaipur) to join our Hospital Team selling to hospitals/customers through our channel partners. You will offer your customers a comprehensive family of proprietary heated humidification products and solutions for treating respiratory conditions.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales and territory management plans with the sales manager to achieve maximum market impact and meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop, cultivate, and maintain relationships with customers, and strategic partners within the territory
- Conduct customer visits to introduce FPH hospital products, therapy approaches, and their benefits
- Install equipment for clinical demonstration of FPH hospital products, educate hospital employees, and provide post-sales education and support
- Maintain and grow existing accounts while securing new business opportunities
- Attend trade shows and conventions to provide information and education on FPH hospital products
Education and Experience Requirements
- Science graduate, preferably with a background in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or Nursing
- 3–8 years of sales experience with a strong and consistent performance record; B2B sales experience preferred (medical device sales is an advantage but not mandatory)
- Strong communication, planning, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Proven ability to assess business opportunities, set priorities, and effectively manage a large territory
- Valid Four-Wheeler Driving License
