Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Salem/Tiruvannamalai/Kancheepuram for a Territory Manager - Agri Equipment for Tamil Nadu. The role involves overseeing sales operations, planning and executing business strategies, meeting sales targets, and building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The Territory Manager will also handle customer queries, provide excellent customer service, analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure the successful distribution of agricultural equipment within the assigned territory.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, identify growth opportunities, and drive data-informed decision-making
- Experience in Business Planning and developing effective territory strategies to achieve organizational goals
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport with clients and address their needs effectively
- Proficiency in Sales Operations including managing sales processes and achieving targets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Proven experience in agricultural equipment sales or a related industry, which would be an advantage
- Knowledge of the Tamil Nadu market and customer needs is a plus
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
