Role Description The Territory Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamshedpur. This role is responsible for driving sales performance and market growth for Lavue’s eye care portfolio within the assigned territory. Daily activities include meeting healthcare professionals, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and effectively detailing product benefits and clinical value. The Territory Business Manager will plan and execute territory-level strategies, manage appointments and call cycles, monitor competitor activity, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and promotional objectives. The role also involves organizing and supporting local marketing initiatives, collecting market insights, maintaining accurate records and reports, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize territory performance.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development capabilities, including territory management, target achievement, and customer relationship building.
- Experience in Ophthal Segment will get preference.
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation, with the ability to explain clinical and product information clearly to healthcare professionals.
- Sound understanding of pharmaceutical or healthcare markets; ophthalmology or eye care experience is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze sales data, monitor market trends, and use insights to refine territory strategies.
- High level of self-motivation, integrity, and accountability, with the capacity to work independently in the field.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets, and reporting software) for planning and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field; relevant sales experience in pharmaceuticals or medical devices is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the territory and work flexible hours as required to meet business objectives.
