?? Position: Territory Business Development Manager ?? Location: Jamshedpur Job Summary: The Territory Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, client acquisition, and retention within the assigned territory. The role demands strong local market knowledge, excellent client relationship management skills, and hands-on experience in sales within the logistics industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities by meeting clients regularly and driving new sign-ups across all Lines of Business (LOBs) of DTDC. Acquire new clients in the assigned territory and increase DTDC?s market share. Retain existing clients and enhance revenue contribution from the current client base. Ensure timely contracting and renewal of client agreements within stipulated deadlines. Achieve budgeted sales targets and ensure actual revenue growth aligns with the business plan. Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide effective solutions. Handle and resolve client escalations promptly while keeping senior management informed. Follow up on outstanding payments within the credit period and achieve collection targets for the territory. Coordinate with CRM, Billing, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth service delivery and a seamless client experience. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline. 2?4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or courier industry . Native of Jamshedpur , with strong local market knowledge and client network. Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license . Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
