Role Description The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process, including identifying relevant tender opportunities, coordinating pre-bid activities, and ensuring timely submission of complete and compliant tender documents. The Tendering Specialist will prepare technical and commercial proposals, collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical, finance, and legal), and maintain accurate records of tenders, bids, and outcomes. Day-to-day activities include analyzing tender requirements, aligning proposals with KSPL’s product and service portfolio, supporting procurement-related documentation, and tracking tender status and follow-ups. The role also involves maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders, contributing to process improvements, and supporting business development initiatives linked to tenders and contracts.
Qualifications

  • Strong tender management and procurement skills, with experience handling end-to-end tender processes and bid submissions.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret tender documents, evaluate requirements, and develop competitive proposals.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in proposal writing, including drafting technical and commercial documents that meet client and regulatory standards.
  • Relevant experience in technology, engineering, UAV, GIS, or related industries is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, commerce, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with MS Office and common tendering/portal platforms; familiarity with government e-procurement systems is an advantage.
