Role Description

We are seeking a Tendering Manager with an Electrical Engineering background for a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with some flexibility to work from home. The Tendering Manager will be responsible for managing and preparing tenders, coordinating with stakeholders for procurement processes, and providing comprehensive support for sales efforts. The role also involves driving project management initiatives to ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables, while effectively managing relationships with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineer with minimum experience of 3-4 years in similar field.
• Strong expertise in Tender Management, including preparing and managing tender documentation and processes.
• Familiarity with the energy, power, and infrastructure sectors is a plus.
• Experience in Procurement, ensuring alignment with project requirements and budget standards.
• Proficiency in Sales processes, client interactions, and developing proposals to support business development.
• Project Management skills to oversee the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Proficiency with relevant software tools for tender preparation and project tracking is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
