Position: Tender Executive Key Responsibilities: Search, prepare, review, and submit bid proposals. Manage tender documentation and ensure compliance with requirements. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Conduct market research and analyze tender opportunities. Support negotiation processes and ensure timely follow-ups. Maintain proper documentation and records. Required Skills & Qualifications: ? Education: Any Graduate ? Experience: 3?5 years in tender management/documentation. ? Strong analytical and market research skills. ? Excellent written communication in English. ? Ability to prepare and manage proper correspondence related to tenders will be an added benefit ? Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines. ? Attention to detail with strong organizational skills. ? Knowledge of coal logistics and power plant operations will be an added advantage.
