Job Description
Job Description: We need a Tender Specialist with expertise in analyzing electrical tenders, preparing BOQs, rate analysis, and bid documentation. The role demands technical understanding and commercial acumen to prepare competitive bids. Key Responsibilities: Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications. Prepare BOQs and determine quantities from drawings/NITs. Perform detailed rate analysis using CPWD/PWD SORs and market rates. Prepare technical and financial proposals. Manage bid submissions on e-tender portals (CPWD, GEM, etc.). Requirements: B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or any other degree Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost estimation. Familiar with tender portals and government bidding norms. Excellent in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and documentation.
