Telesales Executive

TogetherBuying is India’s first group-buying platform for real estate, offering a unique community-driven approach to home purchasing. By bringing together 3 to 7 buyers interested in the same project, the platform negotiates exclusive developer deals with discounts of up to 25%. Buyers own their homes individually while benefiting from early connections with neighbors and a seamless purchasing process. TogetherBuying also provides virtual tours for convenience, streamlining the home-buying experience.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive, based in Noida. The Telesales Executive will handle day-to-day tasks including engaging with potential and existing customers, generating leads, providing excellent customer support, and driving conversions through effective sales techniques. The role involves maintaining professional communication, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
• Customer service and customer support skills to address inquiries, build trust, and foster client relationships.
• Proven experience in lead generation and sales to identify opportunities and convert leads into successful deals.
• A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively in a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer skills to manage customer relationships and records is preferred.
• Previous experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
