Telesales Executive

Additionally, we specialize in supporting students pursuing education abroad, ensuring a seamless process from institution selection to visa applications.

The Telesales Executive will play a vital role in handling client inquiries and guiding them through the service offerings of Sunbridge Outsourcing. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. Daily responsibilities will include lead generation, managing customer interactions, offering solutions to meet their immigration or educational requirements, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Capability in Lead Generation and Sales strategies
• Proficiency in Customer Support and handling inquiries
• Goal-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
• Prior experience in telesales, immigration services, or a related field is advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
